A shorter or longer period of volunteer work at the end of one's retreat may serve as a gradual transition from intensive practice to one's ordinary life.
Volunteer work is a meaningful way of sharing one's skills with others and thus one is contributing to the further development of the meditation center. There is no shortage of projects that need to be realized.
If one desires to offer a special skill to the center, please speak with the retreat manager.
We ask that volunteers observe the eight precepts, do a few hours of meditation practice everyday and help out wherever it is needed.
